Originally I wondered if this a legit vendor or a scam. Maybe not a scam per se, but buyers need to still be wary when ordering-especially if spending thousands of dollars to risk not getting what you paid for. In short what I received does not reflect what is shown on the website or what was represented in the proofs that I approved. The website and proofs represented a copper/rust color veining throughout the Green Marble panel. I ordered 3 different panels from this vendor spending over $12,000 (Lamura, Grey Copper and Green Marble). Lamura was spot on, Grey Copper color was off a bit, but still good overall, and then this Green Marble, I got gold veining instead of copper, and customer service has made no effort to correct the issue. I delayed in this review giving benefit of doubt hoping they would fix the issue, but no.
